Institute for Development of Youth, Women and Child (IDYWC), also known as Prayas, is a non-governmental organisation working in over 200 villages of Chhindwara and Seoni districts of Madhya Pradesh in India. Chhindwara and Seoni are among the least developed districts of Madhya Pradesh and most of the villages in which IDYWC is working are quite remote and backward.
Primarily working with tribal community, IDYWC is involved in organising tribal communities into sangathans, strengthening the sangathans and building capacity of the sangathan members. A federation of the these sangathans called 'Adiwasi Shramik Sangathan' has emerged in recent years.
